About-Us

Hey There,

Angela Tuck here, Chief Spare Cash Reporter at SpareCashReport.com

Glad you stopped by.  Even though I don’t know you personally yet, I bet we have at least one thing in common.  We want more. More time, more money, more freedom to do the things we want, with who we want, when we want.  And thus, my reason for starting the SpareCashReport membership site. To help those, who like me, wanted to earn extra money, but not spend all their time doing it.

At SpareCashReport, we know searching for side gigs can be daunting, time-consuming, and expensive at times; so, we lift the burden by doing the searching so our members can focus on doing the working.

For those of you who are not familiar with side gigs – a side gig is any employment/opportunity one does in addition to their main source of income.  However, as side gigs have increased in popularity, some have even been afforded the opportunity to make a full-time income while working part-time hours doing side gigs. Forbes stated that over 57 million Americans are involved with side gigs in some way. So, the future of side gigs is definitely here to stay.

As long as I can remember, I’ve always had or been involved with side gigs.

I absolutely love doing side gigs and not only have I made good money doing it, I’ve also been able to try different and interesting things.  Things like pretending to be a customer to see if a worker was stealing from the owner.  Not only did I get paid $300 for being a “customer”, but I also got the spa services that the company offered.  Not bad for 3 hours of work.

Or the time I was hired to be an “executive” for a company that wanted to present a bigger image during meetings, and I got executive pay too $150 for a little over an hour’s work. Now they call periodically when they need me to be their “executive” for other client meetings.

Or the time I got my son a side gig teaching a 9-year-old how to solve the Rubik cube. We spent 3 hours at a local Starbucks, and he made $75 dollars plus a $5 tip.  I don’t know too many 16-year old’s that can make that kind of money in that kind of time.  And I didn’t stop there, I said to myself there are probably more people that would like to learn how to do this, so why not show them how by teaching them at the local library and charge $30 per person for the 3 hours and with just 5 to 10 people an easy $150 to $300.  But my son said no thanks, as he was too busy making thousands buying and selling sneakers locally to his friends. More of that is covered when you become a member. The nerve of him.

See all of these were gigs I found and many more. There so many things out there that people have no idea exist

So you see not only do you get access to unique and money-making side gigs, but we’ll also give you ideas on how to turn them into bigger opportunities, plus so much more. Sometimes the gigs will be using an app to make money, sometimes an idea, sometimes a project, no matter what is, we have something for everyone including teens and so much more.

But I can go on forever about the different side gigs I've done or found for others, but you can’t succeed by being a spectator, you have to be a participant. At SpareCashReport we want to help you achieve whatever your why is for embarking on the side gig journey. It is our goal to become the go-to resource for our members who want a sustainable Plan B for their regular jobs or those who want to quit their 9 to 5 altogether.
